Section 29

Deemed To Be Established The District Courts And Posting In The Post Of district Judge

(1) The District Courts existing at the time of commencement of this Act shall be deemed to have been established under this Act.
(2) The District Judges working in the District Courts existing at the time of commencement of this Act shall be deemed to have been ipso-facto posting in the same District Court.
